how to make it
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Cream together butter and peanut butter.
Add sugar.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Spread 2/3rds of the dough into a prepared pan.
Top with chocolate chips and press in slightly.
Spread marshmallow fluff to cover leaving a 1/2 cm margin around the edges.
Top with remaining peanut butter dough.
Bake for ~22 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Allow to cool slightly and cut into bars.
