How to make it
In a large salad bowl whisk together orange juice, garlic, honey, olive oil, vinegar, and spices.
Thinly slice peach wedges, and grill over medium heat, flip after ~2 minutes.
Toss spring mix, arugula, and strawberries in dressing.
Top with grilled chicken, toasted pecans, peaches, and crumbled goat cheese.

For the salad
2 Peaches, sliced into wedges
1/2 Cup sliced strawberries
6 Cups spring mix or baby spinach
3 Cups Arugula
2 Grilled chicken breast
1/3 Cup goat cheese
1/4 Cup toasted pecans
For the Dressing
Juice from 1/2 an orange
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp chilli pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
