How to make it
Steam cauliflower for 20-30 minutes until soft. Drain water and allow to cool for another 20-30 minutes.
Place ~1/2 a head into a food processor (1 Cup) and reserve the rest for another use.
Puree the cauliflower until smooth - then puree again until it’s like VELVET!
Add in lemon juice and puree for 20 more seconds.
Add banana and and melted coconut oil - puree again.
Add in maple syrup and cocoa powder.
Add in melted chocolate, vanilla, and sea salt.
Place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Top with your favourite fruit, toasted coconut, or nuts, and enjoy!
